Refund Policy
Refunds of your order will be done in form of store credit (AL BURAAK WALLET) only- which can be used to place a new order. Refund to source can be done only if the order has been Cancelled by the AL BURAAK or we are unable to ship the order within 30 days of placing the order on our website.
Tracking your Order
Once your order is shipped , tracking information will be sent to you via email or on your phone through Text message or Whatsapp message (if you are a regular whatsapp user). Please note that the tracking information on courier service provider’s website is normally available after 24 Business hours once the shipping label is created. Please note that the order status may show “Processing” till the time it is not delivered.
Shipping Returns
Tentative shipping date is given in product description. We offer 10 days No questions asked easy returns. In a rare case you have received a defective product or a wrong product, please immediately notify us (within 24 hours) by sending an email at alburaak2024@gmail.com and attach parcel opening/unboxing video from all angles (without any cuts/pauses) received as evidence. Without a parcel opening video, no return/refund request will be entertained.
