Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of Order by The Fashion Station
The www.alburaakfashion.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price, delay in arrival of stock or for any other reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been received. The 100% payment shall be refunded (as per refunds policy) and the customer shall be informed of the same
Cancellation by Customer
Unfortunately we will not be able to cancel the order once it has been placed. This applies to irrespective of order being “Under Process” or “Shipped”.
International Order (Shipped out of UAE)
Unfortunately – we will not be able to cancel , exchange or return any order which is shipped to outside UAE.
